For the safety of everyone attending our wedding, we are requiring wedding guests to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.

Casa de Campo takes Covid-19 very seriously. All employees are fully vaccinated with 2 doses of the Pfizer vaccine. Some employees even have received a 3rd Pfizer vaccine shot. The mask policy can evolve by the time of the wedding. Currently, all employees must wear masks 24-7 on the property. Currently, guests may remove their masks while dining or outdoors in non-common areas. Masks may be removed at the beach and at the pool as well. Guests must wear masks while in common spaces on the property.

The climate is going to be hot. Summer clothes for the day. Semi-formal/cocktail attire for wedding. For Ladies cocktail dresses and pantsuits. For Gentlemen wear light suit and tie. Tie can be taken off after formal pictures. For other wedding events at night, semi-casual is the attire. For Ladies, dresses, blouses, nice pants, and nice skirts. For men, button shirts, polo shirts, khakis, and nice jeans. Please look up the restaurants dress code before going to the restaurant. Dress codes for wedding events are on the event description.

It will be Summer weather. Temperatures ranging from low 70s to low 90s. Hot summer sun. Please bring sunscreen to apply everyday. Sporadic micro rain shows can occur throughout the day.

The ceremony and reception will be taking place on Minitas Beach, Casa de Campo, La Romana, Dominican Republic. Logistics will be on the website once details are available.

Cocktail Hour will take place after the ceremony. Then the reception follows cocktail hour nearby on the Beach.

The wedding does not have a theme.

All guests are invited to the Welcome Reception on Thursday, August 11th, 2022 at Dye Fore Terrace and to the Goodbye Brunch on Sunday, August 14th, 2022 at Minitas Beach.

You will be missed. If you cannot make it to the wedding , please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “NO” so we can plan accordingly.

Shuttle will be available for guests to be shuttled to the venue. It will be available an hour before the start of the wedding. Guests can take their private golf carts to the venue. We recommend the shuttle for guests.

Please arrive an hour before the start of the wedding.

Parking is free. There is a designated parking lot for golf carts.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is to be a 12 and up event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our Wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Yes, we have a hotel block at the resort Casa de Campo. We recommend all guests to stay there. We have arranged for all-inclusive accommodations. Details of that is in the Travel and Room Accomodations sections of our website.

Anyone coming to the wedding, will need to RSVP with allergies and special diet requirements. We will try to accommodate.

Yes, shuttle service is provided.

Majority of the decor is not available for taking. Please ask our wedding planner, Eddie before taking anything.

Yes. However, do not interfere with the work being done by the photography and videography teams. Any pictures you take please send us a copy to keep in our memories.

Yes! We highly recommend if you need to get one or renew to pay to expedite the processing of your passport. Generally Passports take up to 8 to 10 months to be received. Expedited take 4 to 6 weeks. At this time, there is an extensive backlog on passport not using the expedited option. Do not wait until the last minute to get your passport.

Yes! The resort has a salon. You can book with them at the time of booking your accommodations.
